Nice mattress, great breakfast, excellent staff, awesome pool, professional service.

Good location for busines traveller. ALso very secure with guard gate.

Not too much to sightsee if walking. There is a modern shopping mall within walking distance.

Variety of restaurants nearby, like Churrascaria Nova Gruta, just a 20-minute walk away 🍴. We really enjoyed our time here and had plenty of dining options.

Unexpected Amenities and Friendly Service

During our recent stay at Novotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the unexpected amenities. The hotel provided free internet access at the Business Center, which was convenient for those traveling without a computer. Additionally, the restaurant offered a good breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Our child slept comfortably on the adequate sofa bed in our room, and we enjoyed spending time by the nice pool and pool area. Despite its location near a major interstate, we were not bothered by noise in our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the hotel's requirement for documentation when traveling with a minor child. I would recommend this hotel for its unexpected amenities and friendly service.

A bit remote, not really near to anything. Need taxi or car to do anyhing outside hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent room service, housekeeping, and laundry services. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. We felt safe and secure with the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms. The garden furniture provided a comfortable place to relax and the free toiletries were a nice touch. We also appreciated the television with am/fm alarm clock and the direct dial telephone for any necessary calls. The flat-screen TV, parquet floor, and dining restaurant added to the luxury of our stay.

This hotel is highly recommended for families due to the excellent amenities and services provided.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great - we especially liked the swimming pool area. The hotel's location was also really convenient for us, being close to the centre vale shopping mall and a large supermarket. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh fruits, breads and other options. Finally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel's location is excellent for business or shopping. It is close to the industrial center and a large shopping mall with a supermarket. I appreciate the option to arrange for a taxi from the airport. the staff members are accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and clean. the meeting rooms are well-equipped, and the gym is decent.

The hotel charges for everything, including gym fees and bottled water.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. the best aspects of the hotel were the convenience of the location being close to a shopping mall and the clean rooms that had all the necessities. the free wi-fi was fast, which was great to upload pictures on social media and keep in touch with friends and family. the staff were quick to respond to and accommodate my requests.

The worst aspects of the hotel were the unbearable heat in the hallways and lobby. It felt like a sauna and was uncomfortable to be in for long.
